Summer Training includes:

Strength Training - athletes receive a custom workout to follow each day they strength train. In an effort to curb the high amount of athletes working out at the same time during the summer, we will be taking a select amount of athletes every 15 minutes during our morning strength classes. Please contact Kevyn Feiner with any questions.

Tuesday, Thursday 2-4 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.
Saturday 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Speed, Agility, Quickness - athletes follow a progressive speed, agility, and change of direction program in a group setting.
Tuesday (Linear), Thursday (lateral).

Conditioning - Athletes will be hooked up to heart rate monitors the entire class to monitor heart rate zones which will allow trainers to track work output data. *New athletes must first complete a conditioning assessment. These are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 5pm during class.
Tuesdays 5-6pm

ESP Air - Athletes will improve their vertical and horizontal jumping and be able to track these improvements in real time. This class is geared towards any athlete looking to improve their explosiveness.

ESP Test Drive

Ages: 11 and Older

April 22, 2019 - April 28, 2019

ESP's seasonal program that offers prospective athletes a chance to try out ESP without the 3 or 6 month commitment. When we offer Test Drive, it will only be for a limited time. Athletes will receive the same treatment as our 3 and 6 months athletes upon enrollment. Athletes will receive an athletic assessment along with a customized sports performance training program. Upon receiving their program, athletes will have the ability to train twice a week with other ESP athletes during the scheduled ESP times.

1 on 1 ESP Training

Ages: 11 and Older

Train with a trainer that holds special certifications based on training athletes. A 1-on-1 atmosphere is sure to help facilitate an athlete's goals.

ESP Skills Day

Ever want to see your name up on the record board? Here is your chance! Once a month, ESP will be hosting 'Skills Day' where athletes will be put through a barrage of athletic tests to see how they have improved and/or measure up to their peers. Athletes will receive an electronic exit report summarizing their performance.

ESP Baseball Parent/Player Class

Tuesdays from 6pm-7pm

Learn alongside your player as you are taken through the proper mechanics of hitting by former professional baseball player Kevyn Feiner during this hour long session. Learn different drills to apply to your hitter to make them ready for the spring/summer season. Guardian MUST be present during this class and be an active participant with their player. Don’t worry parents, you won’t be swinging the bat, rather learning different tactics and drills to take home and use with your player. NOTE: Helmets must be worn by players at all times in the cages.

$120 total for Parent and Player

Limit to the first 6 participants.

ESP Online Training

Ages: 11 and Older

Schedule a time with a trainer and we will assess the athlete, create a program for the athlete, and send them an electronic program with instructional videos of each exercise. This is great for the athlete that is on a budget, has time constraints, or can’t make it into the gym due to traveling distances. We will supply the athlete with a specialized program to follow for 6 weeks. NOTE: If online athletes choose to train at the Prairie Athletic Club they may not train on the sprint track during the designated ESP times.
