Summer Training Includes

Strength Training.

Athletes receive a custom workout to follow each day they strength train.  Trainers will help athletes through their customized program in a group setting.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30 a.m.-noon
  • Tuesday, Thursday 2-4 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.
  • Saturday 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Speed, Agility, Quickness.

Athletes follow a progressive speed, agility, and change of direction program in a group setting.  One day will be stressed on linear speed, lateral speed, and change of direction mechanics.

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30-10:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, Thursday 6-7 p.m.

Beach Day

Join our ESP trainers for speed and agility in the sand along with explosion and sprint training in the water.

  • Tuesday, Thursday 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Flex Times scheduling

  • Choose from 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week!

With that in mind, we assess an athlete’s fundamental movements thoroughly before they begin training. Following the assessment, athletes are given a personalized plan of attack to most efficiently improve their athletic performance.
