LaRon Ragsdale - Athletic Performance Specialist

LaRon is a graduate of UW-Stevens point where he received his Bachelor's Degree and exceeded as a member of the football team for 4 years. After that time LaRon went on to play Arena Football with different teams throughout the United States for an additional 4 years. Following, he played semi-pro football for an additional 4 years and currently continues to play on the Madison Wolves. Throughout that time, LaRon worked with adults and youth in many aspects surrounding sports and personal training. He also worked over the years with various teams as a football and basketball coach.

LaRon went on to complete his Master's of Science Education in Professional Development (MSE-PD) with an Emphasis in Health, Human Performance and Recreation. Currently, LaRon works with Sun Prairie High School football as an assistant coach. He continues to work with adults and children in health and fitness through nutrition counseling as well as personal strength and conditioning. He is passionate about using his well trained skills to work with athletes in sports specific training but also in mentorship. He continues to increase his skill set and is currently working to get his certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through National Strength and Conditioning Association.

In LaRon's free time he enjoys time with family, friends and remaining active.
