To take the stress out of hosting a party, we take care of the setup and clean up. There will never be a need to have a party at your house again.
We offer affordable room rental rates as well as accessibility to all of the fun activities Prairie Athletic Club has to offer both children and adults.  Our party facilities include:

Private Room Rentals

Banquet Room

  • Can seat up to 100 people
  • Set-up and clean-up are included
  • All food and beverages must be purchased through Prairie Athletic Club; carry in food is prohibited
  • Additional time for decorating is available upon request
  • Use of facility available upon request (guest fees or facility rental fees may apply)

$40 per hour
$100 for 3 hours (fewer than 40 people)
$140 for 3 hours (41-100 people)
$25 additional charge for non-members

Conference Room A

  • Rented hourly, half-day or full-day
  • Seating for up to 16 guests
  • Set-up and clean-up are included
  • All food and beverages must be purchased from Prairie Athletic Club; carry in food is prohibited

$25 per hour
$75 half-day (4 hours)
$150 full-day (8 hours)
$25 additional charge for non-members

Conference Room B

  • Rented hourly, half-day or full-day
  • Seating for up to 30 guests
  • Set-up and clean-up are included
  • All food and beverages must be purchased from Prairie Athletic Club; carry in food is prohibited

$30 per hour
$90 half-day (4 hours)
$180 full-day (8 hours)
$25 additional charge for non-members

Party Times Available:
A variety of party times are available. 7 days a week.

Corporate Parties

Adult and Corporate outdoor parties will be available June-August.
We offer an island escape for our guests as they relax at Parrot-dise Palms island bar and party deck.  We are proud of the atmosphere that we have created and hope to celebrate with you in our unique outdoor venue. So escape from reality to our "island retreat" at Parrot-dise Palms.

Our party coordinator will help you plan your party and coordinate your special needs for food and beverage.Party times are Monday-Thursday 12-3 p.m. and Friday-Sunday 5-8 p.m.

Dolphins Cove may be opened before or after regular hours for groups for an additional $400/hour plus guest fees.

What happens in the event of inclement weather? For your convenience we reserve our indoor Banquet Room in case of inclement weather.
