I enjoy teaching and seeing athletes improve and hit PRs or do things they never thought they could. It is exciting to see athletes grow.

Favorite: Overhead squats & snatches
Least favorite: Thrusters & running
If you could give a new CrossFit athlete advice, what would you tell them?
Everyone can do it. You don’t have to be super fit to start CrossFit. Don’t be afraid to ask your coach for scaling options or modifications. Also, listen to your coaches and learn how to do the movements with good technique before you start adding a bunch of weight.

Favorite: Grace
Least favorite: Anything that combines thrusters and running

Chocolate anything

Running!

Hip-hop/Rap (Anything with a good beat that gets you pumped up)
Do you have any hidden talents?
I used to dance (ballet, hip-hop, tap, jazz, etc) but I don’t really think that is a secret.
Which are better, dogs or cats?
Can I have both? But dogs if I have to choose.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
When people chew really loud.
