Dominate Self-Defense

Dominate Self-Defense will help you achieve a mentally powered attitude, greater mental peace, discipline and perseverance, and instinctive self-defense skills. Learning self-defense needs to be consistent and practiced to be effective, one or two times of class a year or month will do very little to the survival of an individual needing to use what they learned in a life threatening event. Weekly training sessions would provide the necessary practice to have an effective result, should the need arise. Join me to provide that effective defense knowledge to use and grow with. This class provides proper technique and training skills to train on your own and defend yourself with confidence.
