What am I most passionate about in fitness?

"I love sports. Golf has a special place in my heart but I love helping athletes of all ages and backgrounds train for the sport they love to play. There's no better feeling than helping a client enhance their athleticism through training and hearing their enthusiasm when their results translate to new achievements in their favorite activities."

What is my coaching style?

"I'm not a stereotypical Strength Coach. I'm not loud or in your face. I'm much more flexible, adaptable, laid back. I'm more focused on making sure the athlete is enjoying the program and feels both comfortable and confident."

What am I like outside of the gym?

"I'm pretty outgoing and extroverted. I love to be around other people and have a good time, but I also love to do things like mountain biking and long-distance cycling where for 2 hours I'm just listening to music and enjoying the outdoors."

Who would be well-suited to train with me?

"People with a passion for a particular sport or activity are probably the best fit for me. It makes it easy to hone in on what's motivating you, as well as establish metrics that we can measure your progress with so you know that the program is working."
