PAC PERSONAL TRAINING INCLUDES:
2- InBody Analysis
You will receive 2 InBody Analysis that will be evaluated by a PAC Personal Trainer. One at the beginning and one at the end of your 12 weeks to evaluate progress.

12 One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
Receive 1 hour in person workout each week and one additional online workout per week with a PAC Personal Trainer. You will receive a customized workout program made exclusively for you and your goals.

Weekly meal tracking and nutritional guidance
Receive grocery lists of healthy food, a healthy recipe log and food logging and weekly accountability to keep you on track.

TRANSFORM HEALTH & WELLNESS INCLUDES:
4 In-Person Meetings
Meet with Trisha, Integrative Health Practitioner and Transform Health & Wellness Coach. Dive deep into your health with the DESTRESS Protocol (Diet, Exercise, Stress reduction, Toxin Removal, Emotions, Supplements, Success mindset)

7 Day Total Body Reset Detox
Included in the cost is Equilife’s 7 day detox to kickstart your Lifestyle Transformation by simultaneously detoxing and nourishing your body. All detox kits include vitamins, minerals, plant based protein and FM (functional medicine) and AYU (Ayuverdic) capsules to help support liver detoxification.
