What happens in the event of inclement weather and the closing of Dolphins Cove?
- 2 1/2 hours of reserved seating indoors
- Use of the indoor swimming pools
- 1/2 hour private Junior Gym rental
- 1/2 hour of soccer field or gym rental (based on availability)
- All other benefits apply for the original birthday package chosen

As an added bonus, if inclement weather dampens your party and causes it to be moved indoors we will throw in a FREE Dolphins Cove Day Pass for each paid guest attending.
Additional Information
- The outdoor family pool will be open before and after Dolphins Cove hours.
- For the safety of our younger guests, our park requires one (1) adult chaperone for every five (5) children. Each adult chaperone must have a waterpark pass in order to enter the waterpark. Children under 5 must remain within arms reach of an adult in the water and on pool decks.
- Adult spectators are allowed to remain on the Tiki deck for the party. Adult chaperones that will be using the waterpark are required to have a wristband.
- We strive to open Dolphins Cove whenever possible, however, weather conditions and temperatures may affect this decision.
- Dolphins Cove will plan to open when forecasts call for temperatures that are 75 degrees or higher and sunny.
- Management reserves the right to open the waterpark later and/or close the waterpark earlier due to inclement weather or weather predicted to be overcast and/or in the low 70s
Cancellation Policy:
More than 2 weeks notice: Full refund
Less than 2 weeks notice: 50% refund unless we can rebook the space
Day of cancellation: Due to family emergency, illness, etc. parties can be rescheduled at no charge and will be handled on a case by case basis.
