Do you like to swim, bike or run? All three? We are a diverse team made up of members with a wide range of athletic abilities. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, all we ask is that you have a passion for the sport, activity and fun!
What sets us apart from the rest? We offer multiple weekly workouts in all three activities offering you the opportunity to train in your primary sport and still take advantage of team support while cross training in the other two.
Becoming a member of the Prairie Athletic Tri Team has multiple benefits. We offer members a sense of community and organized social activities. Our team provides support at local races, discounts at local races and retailers, opportunities to volunteer, monthly meetings, team gear, training tips, group training as well as structured led training sessions. Summer workouts include open water swim (Thursday a.m.), bike (Wednesday a.m.) and track (Tuesday a.m.) May-August. You will also receive access to our private Facebook group and coach support at the key races. Also included race day simulation for Madison 70.3, Door County ½ and Ironman Wisconsin. Racing with friends and training partners brings so much more meaning to a race, you will find a great sense of team camaraderie.
