Originally from St. Louis, MO, I grew up immersed in sports and physical activity, which not only fueled my passion for movement but also helped me build lasting friendships and a strong sense of community. My journey through these experiences naturally led me to pursue the study of human movement. I’ve had the privilege of working with the University of Wisconsin Athletics Strength and Conditioning department, where I contributed to the development and performance of athletes from a variety of teams. This experience deepened my understanding of athletic performance, shaping my career in strength and conditioning.
I focus on helping individuals optimize their movement patterns to enhance performance, prevent injury, and achieve personal goals. I believe in a holistic approach that combines the latest research with practical experience, ensuring that everybody receives personalized and effective training. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve your game or someone seeking a more functional and active lifestyle, my goal is to guide you toward achieving your full potential.
