I grew up playing sports and became fascinated with how weight training can positively impact an athlete's performance. After learning about athletic training, I transitioned into learning more about weight training itself, taking part in power-lifting competitions. I learned the importance of strength training and how to add strength to movements as well as training for muscle development and what training styles, exercises, and techniques work to build the most muscle possible. Through all this time, I’ve learned how training isn’t just great physically but mentally as well. I’ve seen other areas of my life excel since training with all of the lessons I've learned from training – and I look forward to sharing this knowledge with clients!
I believe everyone is different and there is no one training style that works for everyone. We are all unique and therefore need a training style and program specifically designed for each individual that caters to us. One of my greatest passions in fitness is finding that unique style and designing a custom training program to fit each individual and their specific goals.
