Intro

Growing up, I played a wide variety of sports and have always had a passion for staying active.  I started to become intentional about my strength training journey during college and became certified as a Personal Trainer. While pursuing my undergraduate education, I gained valuable experience coaching at multiple gyms. In the spring of 2024, I graduated with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. I'm excited to work with individuals from all different backgrounds in the health and fitness world, with a special passion for introducing people to the lifelong benefits of strength training.

My fitness philosophy is simple: 'All movement is good movement.' I’m passionate about helping people discover sustainable ways to lead an active lifestyle, tailored to their unique interests and personalities. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness— the best training program is the one that an individual can commit to consistently while still enjoying the process!
