Personal Trainer – Pam

Since high school, I’ve always wanted to pursue a career in health and fitness.  It wasn’t until over eight years ago, I received an opportunity to teach group fitness classes at the Prairie Athletic Club.  With the physical injuries I’ve experienced over the years, most recently my ACL reconstruction surgery in my left knee, I found it even more important for me to become a personal trainer so I can share my passion for long-term health.  


I truly believe that strength training improves your overall health.  For me, strength training continues to prove that staying fit can be fun and help you overcome physical challenges.  My motto is “Do what works for you and stick with it!” I would love to help guide you in your journey to staying fit and healthy.
