Starting 2/1 Friday Night RIPPED 5:30pm Will Now Be At 4:30pm

Ripped is a small group personal training with the emphasis on strength training and safely performing movements that will enhance your metabolism and physique. Different muscle groups are targeted throughout the week and our personal trainers help coach our clients to get maximum results with each movement.

RIPPED-1 Hour Class

  • Monday-10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday-5:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday-4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m
  • Thursday-5:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
  • Friday-10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday-8:15 a.m
  • Mondays: Biceps, triceps and chest
  • Tuesdays: Legs, glutes, and core
  • Wednesdays: Back and shoulders
  • Thursdays: Back and shoulders
  • Fridays: Legs, glutes and core
  • Saturdays: Biceps, triceps and chest
