Lose weight, inches and body fat while increasing muscle tone!
What’s a 6-Week Challenge? It’s the kick start many people need to really get going on changing their lifestyle and undertaking a fitness program that will get them on the road to better health.
The challenge is an introductory challenge to get people off to a great start in their health and fitness journey. Each participant will have their InBody Body Analysis taken before and after the 6 week challenge. They will also receive general suggested nutrition guidelines along with 3 class passes for either our RIPPED adult weight training class, our Bootcamp, or our Fit Club (up to a $60 VALUE).
There will be an option to add on the VIP Unlimited Class Pass for $99 during your Breakthrough.
The Participant with the greatest change in body composition will be awarded $100 PAC Bucks.
- 1pt. each pound of muscle gained
- 1pt. each pound of body fat lost
- 1pt. each point lost

$50 includes a total of 3 small group training sessions during the six week challenge. Add on the VIP Package to give you access to the following classes during the duration of the program!
3 times per week small group training
Unlimited Access to large group training
Non-member option available and will include 6 week temporary Emerald Plus membership to Prairie Athletic Club.
