8 Week Commitment: $165/month. Sprint Distance Race

Prerequisite is you must be able to swim 400 yards consistently, Bike 10 miles and Run 2 miles

  • Daily Training plans via Training Peaks Premium account
  • Unlimited Text and Email messages with Coach
  • 1 – One on One meeting with your Coach each month
  • Coach Led Open water swim/track workouts (May – August)
