Have you been curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Then this 4-week yoga series is for you!
What to expect from the 4-Week Series:
• Four 75-minute small group sessions led by certified yoga instructor, Amy Speed.
• Each session will provide instruction, time to ask questions and time for personalized feedback.
• Gain a basic understanding of Sun Salutations, Warrior Poses and breath techniques.
• Learn yoga/studio classroom expectations, environment and commonly used verbiage.
• Sessions held in SOL’s Hot Yoga studio-heated to 85 degrees.
