Ripped is a small group personal training with the emphasis on strength training and safely performing movements that will enhance your metabolism and physique. Different muscle groups are targeted throughout the week and our personal trainers help coach our clients to get maximum results with each movement.

Tuesday-5:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday-4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m
Thursday-5:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Friday-10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Saturday-8:15 a.m.

Mondays: Biceps, triceps and chest
Tuesdays: Legs, glutes, and core
Wednesdays: Back and shoulders
Thursdays: Back and shoulders
Fridays: Legs, glutes and core
Saturdays: Biceps, triceps and chest
