Fitness and sports have always been a part of my life.  Overtime, the gym became my passion as well as challenging myself in different ways.  From doing 5k runs to bodybuilding, I've developed the interest to expand my knowledge with fitness and health.  I want to drive people to push themselves to be better.  I hope to show people that eating and living a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be boring or a chore.
