I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2006 and have worked to develop a plethora of talented, versatile athletes. I have worked with many athletes ranging from 8 years old to Division I scholarship athletes. I know what it takes to be successful on and off the field/court having lived the professional athlete lifestyle for close to a decade playing professional baseball with the Cincinnati Reds. It's one thing to say you have worked WITH professionals, it's another to say you have BEEN one AND worked alongside them day in and day out.
My training philosophy is to first learn how to move well and become efficient in those movements. Then to follow a systematic approach to develop consistency so results will follow.
