When I was young I was inspired to get into group fitness and weight training, I then took that passion into the US Navy where I trained my fellow sailors. I love training so much that I decided to pursue a career in the industry. I have managed the group exercise department at Prairie Athletic Club, I am a Personal Trainer, and Triathlon Coach. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Performance Enhancement with Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Science.
