Dear Valued PAC Member,
PAC is open. We have created a web page to answer all of your questions about what parts of the facility will be open, reservations that may be required and any changes in programs, hours of operation and cleaning protocol.
Most of you are wondering about your membership and the options you have. We will not be charging future membership dues until June 15. On June 15 you will see a charge for ½ of your June dues to offset the time closed in March. Membership dues will resume on July 3 at your normal rate. Any club charges incurred will be added to these upcoming deductions. If you paid in full you will receive 2 1/2 months added to the end of your expiration date.
If you are interested in making any changes to your membership, please contact us by June 8 at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be going cashless in general for purchases at the desks or in the restaurant. Club charge will be your best option. If you don't already have a credit card on file please contact us to have one added. Another option would be to purchase a gift card at our front desk to use at your convenience.
This is a challenging time for all of us but we are happy to be bringing many services back to you. This is an ever-changing situation and we hope to be able to expand upon our offerings in the next few weeks and months. We want to be the place you go to relieve stress and build your immune system response. We hope that you will be respectful and courteous to our staff and other members when you come into the facility and adhere to the member guidelines we will have in place.
