Ages: 6-15 Years

Are you interested in joining a swim team but you’re not sure if you are ready? Try the PAC’s Pre Swim Team. If you already know the 3 competitive strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke, sign up today!

Practices we will work on improving the 3 competitive strokes and starts. The meet will include swimming each of the 3 strokes.
What swim suit should I use? It is up to you! We will be giving you a PAC swim cap for practice/ meet time!
