1 on 1 Training
1 on 1 training is the traditional trainer working individually with one client—all for one goal! Our trainers will provide a unique program designed specifically for you in a comfortable environment that allows you to reach your goals.
Buddy Training is a great way for two individuals who have similar fitness goals to work out together. Our trainers will provide the fun and challenging program while participants motivate each other to achieve success! Price listed is per person.
Team training is for those who have a group of friends or teammates that want to train together. We can also try to place individuals on a team for those who enjoy working in a group setting and want to meet new people with similar fitness goals. Teams meet with a trainer on a schedule determined by the team and motivate each other along the way. Price listed is per person.
Fit Club offers small group personal training. If you flourish in a team of four to six people, then this program is for you. Participants will meet their trainer and receive a personalized workout plan, nutrition education and great motivation.
Ripped is a small group personal training with the emphasis on strength training and safely performing movements that will enhance your metabolism and physique. Different muscle groups are targeted throughout the week and our personal trainers help coach our clients to get maximum results with each movement.
Large group training with high intensity interval exercises that challenge participants to their limits. This training is designed for those who have been exercising regularly and need more variety in their workouts. Bootcamp classes meet as a group, train as a team and create a community to become successful.
Our Nutrition Specialist will provide you with a nutrition plan that will optimize performance, fuel your body and provide you with long term results without leaving you feeling deprived. If it's a weight loss goal, maintenance or muscle/fitness enhancement, this plan will be customized to YOU and adjusted according to YOUR body.
Prairie Athletic Competition prep is a unique program offered for those curious about taking the stage to those who already in vision themselves with the best physique of their life.
Our Natural Bodybuilding Coaches specialize in helping athletes reach peak conditioning through individualized nutrition and drug-free training. By joining our Prairie Athletic Team you’ll have the support of our coaches to walk you through the process from start to finish. They will help you achieve your goals and be your best self on stage.

STRONG is a program designed to take a novice powerlifter or someone just curious if the sport is for them and introduce them to the three primary lifts of Bench press, Back Squat, and Deadlift. You will work with a certified personal trainer to make sure the lifts are supervised and done safely. Athletes will meet primarily in a small group setting and receive homework exercises designed to enhance your performance and safety. (Reg $240)
Bonus: For the athlete that needs a bit more one on one instruction, through this program you can add on (2) private sessions with your coach for only $50! (reg $120)
Double Bonus: Your entry into PAC’s first novice powerlifting meet is included in your STRONG program! (savings of $20)
Join Prairie Athletic Club for this Novice Powerlifting Event! Competition for ages 16 and older. This is an unsanctioned, raw open powerlifting event. All novice lifters welcome to test their squat, bench and deadlift.
An excellent first competition opportunity for anyone interested in powerlifting!
Total Body Transformation is a 12 week program that looks at your Health and Fitness from a holistic model focusing on your nutrition, fitness, mindfulness and wellness. Our program is designed to give you the tools necessary for a long term change. We do this through a measurable and systematic process that takes your personal life factors into account. You will have access to all fitness classes, nutritional coaching, and a lifestyle coach.
