This 2 week program is great to get started with Online training to see if you can stick to your goals of working out more and being more active! It includes several different workouts like bodyweight workouts, dynamic warm ups, a foam roller routine, a leg day, upper body pull day, and upper body push day.
The first week is filled with key information and prep work to get you ready for the 2 week program that starts on day 8 of the program. We are laying the foundation for a big change in your daily routine and that takes some time so trust that we are going to get you in the right frame of mind to start this program. On day 8, your workout begins and your online trainer will be checking in with you every step of the way. Get started now!
