TRAINING PROGRAM

This is an online fitness program ready-to-go, created by our very own PAC Personal Training Staff.

Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

4-Week Throwing Program for Pitchers

This is a great program for someone who would like some more velocity or looking to work on some mechanics. You will have a daily warm up, before throwing activity, throwing program, and after throwing activity. It is not suggested as a "starter throwing program" rather for something to do while the arm and body have been throwing for a while. A good application would be in the fall after a summer or during the summer. Please refer to the 10 week Preseason Throwing Program if you are looking for something before the season. On top of throwing 3x per week, you will also be throwing flat ground bull pen sessions and actual bull pen sessions in this program. Breaking Balls are part of this program but for younger athletes, we suggest to substitute a change up whenever Breaking Balls are prescribed.
