9-Week Preseason Throwing Program for Position Players

9 weeks worth of throwing guidance to get you ready for the season. You will have a daily warm up, before throwing activity, throwing program, and after throwing activity. We have a pitcher's only program that includes planned bull pen sessions to get you ready for the season. Check that out if you are a pitcher and want to get ready! Highly suggested to start this program on a Monday!
