Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

This 6 week program will make the movements you make every day easier, stronger & more stable. You'll use weights & balance activities to make your body strong & balanced! Great for seniors or those who need to practice more balance!
