TRAINING PROGRAM

This is an online fitness program ready-to-go, created by our very own PAC Personal Training Staff.

Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Body Weight Workouts

All you need is your body weight to get in a great, well-rounded workout. This program includes 3 strength workouts a week, an upper, lower, and total body workout, along with some cardio. These workouts are adaptable for any skill level and focused on building strength.
