Bridal Bootcamp
If you're looking to tone up for your wedding day (or just looking for a great all around workout) then Bridal Bootcamp is for you! Enjoy a 6 week program that will be sure to help get you feeling slimmer and help you fit into that dress! Day 1 will be highlighted by a workout that can be completed with kettlebells and dumbbells. Day 2 will feature a foam rolling routine, followed by a high intensity body weight program that can be done anywhere. Round out the week with a little low back and hip reset to get your body ready for the 2nd week of this 6 week program. Reach out to your trainer in the PAC training app with any questions!
