Head Coach, Director of Programming, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Josh has been coaching at CrossFit Vultus since 2013. Not only is he a CrossFit Level 1 certified coach, but he also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management with an emphasis in Health and Fitness, a National Strength and Conditioning Association -Certified Personal Training, and is a USA Weightlifting certified coach. Coach Josh also competes as a Team Vultus athlete.

Hanging with my boo thang and our dogs.What made you want to become a coach? Why do you do it now?
I love interacting with people and making an impact in their lives. I do it now for the same reason.
What is your favorite movement/lift? What is your least favorite?
My favorite is anything with a barbell, and my least favorite is bench press.
If you could give a new CrossFit athlete advice, what would you tell them?
I always tell them that “it never gets easier, you just get better and push harder”.
What is your favorite WOD? Least favorite?
My favorite is whatever WOD is coming next, my least favorite is whatever one I just got done with.
