What is The Onramp Program? Our onramp program is an introduction to the techniques of CrossFit. It emphasizes skill development and the basic fundamental movements necessary for CrossFit. It is designed to prepare anyone and everyone for our ongoing group classes. Our objective is to educate and correct proper technique at all times; this is to ensure your safety and success at all levels of CrossFit. What can you expect in the Onramp program You will be introduced to safety, technique and mechanics. Once you have learned these things, intensity will be added to your program. The fundamental movements of CrossFit (Press, Deadlift and Squat) will be emphasized.
