Cycle Ops Indoor Cycling
Join us for Cycle Ops!
Bring your bike and join us for Indoor Cycling classes. We will be using Perf Pro Studio to display workouts and your real time metrics. This will allow you to see if you are achieving the correct level of effort. Classes will focus on technique and drill work while including all levels of intensity. We will test your Functional threshold power (FTP) & Lactate threshold heart rate (LTHR) roughly every 6 weeks. These tests will establish your zones and provide a baseline for your fitness. After each workout you will be provided with an analysis of how you compared to the structured workout. We also have the ability to ride many different courses to help simulate what race day will be like. Come join us for a good solid workout and camaraderie!
Participants must bring the following:
-Water bottle and sweat towel
-Indoor trainer skewer (If you don’t have one you can rent one for a one time rental fee of $10 that you can get when you attend your first class that you will keep to use)
A heart rate monitor, power meter and/or cadence meter is helpful, not mandatory.
-Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class to check in and set-up your bike.
-You may cancel online 12-hours prior to class without penalty. Cancellations after that will incur a $5 fee.
-For safety reasons, late comers can not be admitted to class.
Class Times Are:
Wednesday: 5:30-6:30 a.m. Coach Brandon
Saturday: 7:00-9:00 a.m. (Alternating Coaches Tom, Chris and Beth)
