Cycle Ops Indoor Cycling

Bring your own bikes and challenge yourself in our indoor cycling class! (PAC will provide the Cycle-Ops trainer)

Winter is coming so join us on the indoor trainers that will provide a smooth, realistic ride while riding your own bike. The classes will benefit cyclists of all disciplines including road, triathlon and mountain biking. These classes will be focused on building strength and endurance over the winter to have you ready to ride when the warm weather arrives in the spring. You can expect an upbeat and energetic environment with accountability from your coach as well as the other cyclists.

Participants must bring the following:
-Own bike
-Water bottle and sweat towel
-Indoor trainer skewer (If you don’t have one you can rent one for a one time rental fee of $10 that you can get when you attend your first class that you will keep to use)

A heart rate monitor, power meter and/or cadence meter is helpful, not mandatory.

Class information:
-Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class to check in and set-up your bike.
-You may cancel online 12-hours prior to class without penalty. Cancellations after that will incur a $5 fee.
-For safety reasons, late comers can not be admitted to class.

Class Times Are:
Wednesday: 5:30-6:30 a.m.
Thursday: 5:10-6:10 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00-8:30 a.m.
