ESP Summer Training
June 17-August 31

Summer Training includes:
Strength Training – athletes receive a custom workout to follow each day they strength train. In an effort to curb the high amount of athletes working out at the same time during the summer, we will be taking a select amount of athletes every 15 minutes during our morning strength classes. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 a.m.-noon
Tuesday, Thursday 2-4 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.
Saturday 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Speed, Agility, Quickness – athletes follow a progressive speed, agility, and change of direction program in a group setting.
Tuesday (Linear), Thursday (lateral).
Conditioning – Athletes will be hooked up to heart rate monitors the entire class to monitor heart rate zones which will allow trainers to track work output data. *New athletes must first complete a conditioning assessment. These are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 5pm during class.
ESP Air – Athletes will improve their vertical and horizontal jumping and be able to track these improvements in real time. This class is geared towards any athlete looking to improve their explosiveness.
Friday 9-10 a.m.
Beach Day – join our ESP trainers for speed and agility in the sand along with explosion and sprint training in the water
Tuesday, Thursday 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
