TRAINING PROGRAM

This is an online fitness program ready-to-go, created by our very own PAC Personal Training Staff.

Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Intermediate Strength Training

This program is for someone with some experience in the gym that is looking for phased programming with a three day split: upper push, upper pull, and lower body strength workouts. This program will push each muscle group to the limits and will cycle through an endurance then strength then power phase to keep your muscles constantly challenged. The program includes built-in recovery and cardio days as well to maximize your days outside of the strength program.
