Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Knee Friendly Strength Training

Do you avoid strength training because of knee pain? This 8 week program is designed to strengthen the muscles that support the knees, as well as simultaneously training your upper body. The program consists of 2 main total body strength workouts, an at-home knee rehab program, recovery workouts, and planned cardio so that you have all you need to succeed in building overall strength and improving your knees!
