Indoor Children’s Birthday Party
Birthday parties at Prairie Athletic Club are a great way for children to celebrate their special day. Parents especially love our parties because we take care of the setup, the cleanup, and the tableware! We have party packages that are affordable and flexible. We offer fun-filled packages for every budget and age, with a variety of amenities!
Indoor Children’s Birthday Party
- 2.5 hour party in a private party space
- Party includes the birthday child, their immediate family, and 10 additional guests
- Swimming: Use of our indoor swimming pools
- Play Time: Private play in the Junior Gym (1/2 court basketball or soccer field may be available upon request)
- Food & Drink: Includes 2 Pizza/Pitcher combos (1 topping pizza and a pitcher of soda or lemonade). Additional food options are available for purchase.
- Cake: Guests may bring in a store-bought cake
Package Price Range: $325-$400
$12.50 per person for additional guests beyond the included 10
Upgrade Your Party!
- Inflatables: Want to double the fun? Add a bounce house or other inflatable fun to your party! Inflatables are set up on our soccer field or basketball courts for a high-energy start to the celebration.
- Extra Time: Need a little more time to celebrate? Additional party time is available for an additional fee.

- 6:30pm-7:30pm – Indoor Swimming
Saturday & Sunday Parties – 11:30am-2:00pm
- 11:30am-12:00pm – Junior Gym
- 12:00pm-1:00pm – Room/Food
- 1:00pm-2:00pm – Indoor Swimming
Saturday & Sunday Parties – 3:30pm-6:00pm
- 3:30pm-4:30pm – Indoor Swimming
- 4:30pm-5:30pm – Room/Food
- 5:30pm-6:00pm – Junior Gym
No charge for adult chaperones (not swimming). 1 adult chaperone required per 5 children. Children under age 5 must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 2 weeks notice: Full refund
- Less than 2 weeks notice: 50% refund unless we can rebook the space
- Day of cancellation: Due to family emergency or illness, parties can be rescheduled at no charge (handled on a case-by-case basis).
