Birthday parties at Dolphins Cove are one of the best ways for children to celebrate in Dane County! Parents love our outdoor parties because we handle the logistics while the kids enjoy an unforgettable waterpark experience. We offer fun-filled, deluxe packages designed to make your child’s summer birthday special and stress-free.
Deluxe Outdoor Party Package
- 2.5 hour party in a reserved section of our Tiki Deck (Allocated to either the Parrot Deck or Dolphin Deck based on availability)
- Party includes birthday child, their immediate family and 10 additional guests
- Unlimited adult spectators (allowed on the Tiki Deck)
- Food & Drink: Includes 4 large 1-topping pizzas and 2 pitchers of soda or lemonade. Additional food options are available for purchase.
- Cake: Guests may bring in a store-bought cake
- Pricing: $385 Members / $485 Non-members
- Additional Guests: $14.50 per person for additional waterpark wristbands
Upgrade Your Party!
- Inflatables: Want to double the fun? Add a bounce house or other inflatable fun to your party! Inflatables are set up indoors on our soccer field or basketball courts for a high-energy start to the celebration.
- Extra Time: Need a little more time to celebrate? Additional party time is available for an additional fee.
- The Best of Both Worlds: Many parents choose to start with indoor inflatable play before heading out to Dolphins Cove for swimming!

Party Time Slots
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 12:30pm – 3:00pm
- 4:00pm – 6:30pm
Important Information
- Chaperone Ratio: 1 adult chaperone is required per 5 children.
- Safety: Adult chaperones entering the waterpark must have a wristband. Children under age 5 must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
- Pool Hours: The outdoor family pool may be open before and after official Dolphins Cove hours.
Inclement Weather Policy
We strive to open Dolphins Cove whenever possible (typically when the forecast is 75°+ and sunny). If weather conditions require the party to move indoors, your celebration continues with:
- 2.5 hours of reserved indoor seating
- Use of indoor swimming pools
- 1/2 hour private Junior Gym rental (and 1/2 hour soccer/gym based on availability)
- WEATHER BONUS: Every paid guest will receive a FREE Dolphins Cove Day Pass to come back and enjoy the waterpark another day!
Cancellation Policy
- More than 2 weeks notice: Full refund
- Less than 2 weeks notice: 50% refund unless we can rebook the space
- Day of cancellation: Due to family emergency or illness, parties can be rescheduled at no charge (handled on a case-by-case basis).
