TRAINING PROGRAM

This is an online fitness program ready-to-go, created by our very own PAC Personal Training Staff.

Upon purchase user will receive an email with directions on how to download the PAC Personal Training app. Once in the PAC Personal Training app your trainer will contact you to get started!

Overhead Athlete Program

This 6 week program will help any athlete who throws, hits, or does anything overhead to be stronger in that position. The program will have exercises to be done as a warm up, before activity, and after activity. All in the name of creating a solid shoulder joint and mitigating injury to that area.
