PAC Pre Swim Team

Ages: 6-12 Years

Are you interested in joining a swim team but you’re not sure if you are ready? Try the PAC’s Pre Swim Team. We are partnering with Storm Aquatics to set up an all city meet with other swim lesson programs in the area! If you already know the 4 competitive strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly, sign up today!

Practices
Held at PAC
Tuesdays 4:30-5:15 p.m. Apri1 9, 16, 23, 30 OR
Wednesdays 4:45-5:30 p.m. on April 10, 17, 24 and May 1

Meet Day
May 4, 2024 at Sun Prairie West High School

Practices we will work on improving the 4 competitive strokes and starts. The meet will include swimming each of the 4 strokes.
What swim suit should I use? It is up to you! We will be giving you a PAC swim cap for practice/ meet time!
