I specialize in smart, progressive movement training with a strong focus on beginners. I bring creativity, precision, and purpose to every workout to help you move better and reach your goals safely.
With a major in Kinesiology, I’ve been passionate about fitness since I was young. I competed in multiple sports and calisthenics events, and in 2019 I was set to film for American Ninja Warrior — until I broke my ankle doing a backflip at a trampoline park. That setback sparked my deep study of anatomy and physiology, turning my recovery into a mission to help others overcome obstacles and perform at their best.
I’m excited to bring my knowledge, energy, and passion to every training session, helping members live stronger, healthier, and more capable lives.
