What am I most passionate about in fitness?

"Speed and agility are really fun to develop, so helping others develop those is really enjoyable, but I also love helping people of any age rehabilitate their shoulders. "

What is my coaching style?

"I'm easy going because I want my workouts to be fun, but if I'm with some kids who aren't focusing on what they're supposed to be doing I'll get as stern as I need to to get them back on track. Ultimately though I want every training session to be just as much fun as it is effective."

What am I like outside of the gym?

"I'm outgoing, social, conversational, so I get along well with just about anyone and genuinely enjoy having meaningful conversations with others."

Who would be well-suited to train with me?

"I really appreciate working with people who won't hesitate to give me feedback, especially if it's constructively critical. I like knowing if you are enjoying something or not, so if you are a young athlete looking to enhance their performance or an older, ex-athlete looking to regain some lost abilities, I'll use all the feedback you're willing to share so I can make the process as fun and effective as I can."
