Personal Trainer – Chris

I played sports in high school and entered college as an accountant major. During my freshman year, I started putting on weight “the freshman 15.” I started going to classes and the college recreation director recruited me as an instructor. I changed my major and never looked back.  I have been at PAC for 21 years!


My philosophy is to have fun and try new things. Fitness isn’t always about the shape of our body, it’s about the ability to move the way we want to.

My specialities include, but not limited to, Yoga, Pilates, Pre-Post Natal, and Senior Fitness. I concentrate on lower back rehab and prevention, and how to functionally move.
