I have been an athlete my whole life ranging from gymnastics to basketball to competitive swimming. Looking beyond high school, I knew I wanted to stay strong & active. I got a membership to the PAC when I was 15 years old & quickly fell in love with the gym & weight lifting. Once I finished my swimming career I got into powerlifting & have competed in 2 powerlifting competitions. I now train as a figure bodybuilder.
I believe everyone deserves to take up space in the gym. I used to be scared of the big weight room downstairs. I thought I wasn't big or strong enough to go down there or I didn't know what I was doing. I never want anyone to feel how I felt. Everyone's goals are different & goals can change over time. My goal is to help empower people to step outside of their comfort zone & take up space in the gym. No matter your age, gender, body type, goals, etc. We all belong.
