Personal Trainer – Lauren

I’ve dedicated more than a decade of my life to the science of health & fitness, and I’m so excited to share my passion and knowledge with the members of PAC! I have my B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!) I’ve since worked in a variety of fields including yoga, strength & conditioning, group fitness, and of course personal training. When I’m not training clients, I love to spend my free time cooking, caring for my dogs, spending time with family & friends, and doing anything that allows me to be active.


My fitness philosophy is grounded in the fact that no two people are the same. We all have different backgrounds, experience, mobility, strengths, weaknesses, and goals, and I train each client accordingly. Whether you’re a beginner focusing on the fundamentals or an advanced exerciser wanting to take your fitness to the next level, you can achieve ANY goal you set your mind to with a customized coaching, nutrition, and training program tailored to your needs.
