Specializations:
I have been coaching personal training and group fitness since 2015, helping clients of all ages and experience levels build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology and Exercise Science from the University of Iowa, and over the past 10+ years I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals including beginners, athletes, youth, and the aging population.
My experience includes one-on-one personal training, group fitness coaching, and online training. I’ve competed in and coached both powerlifting and bodybuilding, which has given me a strong background in strength development, muscle building, and performance-based training. I’ve also worked with athletes—including volleyball players—to improve strength, power, and overall athletic performance.
My coaching approach focuses not just on workouts, but also on nutrition, mindset, and creating habits that support long-term health and wellness.
I believe everyone should move their body and find a form of exercise they truly enjoy. Fitness should support a strong, energized, and healthy life. My goal as a coach is to help people build strength, prevent injuries, and create sustainable routines that improve both physical and mental well-being.
