I’ve had a passion for health and fitness from a young age, playing a variety of different sports and having a need for being active and feeling good on the inside and out! I started Personal Training in 2011 and continued that throughout college while I was getting my bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. I love using functional exercises that help people gain strength and resilience throughout their lives. My background in Athletic Training has given me a sharp eye for movement patterns and biomechanics. I love working with people to prevent and correct injuries whether they’re training for sports, aesthetics, or life!
