What am I most passionate about in fitness?

"I love helping seniors discover their inner strength. Pursuing not just physical but mental strength as well through a well-designed training program can be life-changing. From reversing Type-2 Diabetes or arthritis to being able to do things again that you haven't done in years, the possibilities are endless and incredibly worth the effort."

What is my coaching style?

"I'm both fun and tough. Creative and individualistic. I pride myself on my warm-ups which is especially important the older we get, so everything everything I do is well-geared towards the audience I serve. "

What am I like outside of the gym?

"I'm smart, confident, honest. I'm pretty level-headed, not necessarily anti-adventure but certainly lower on the spectrum of adventurous-ness."

Who would be well-suited to train with me?

"Older adults who have noticed their strength, balance, and/or mobility are holding them back from either their favorite hobbies or maybe even their daily living. It's so important to take care of everything beneath the surface, so if you're a senior ready to put superficial fitness goals aside and focus on things that will make an immediate, meaningful, lasting change in your quality of life, I'm ready to show you just how much stronger you can be."
