Personal Trainer – Rob

I have helped over a dozen people lose 100+ pounds.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, excel in athletics or something in between, I am beyond motivated to work with each and every person no matter the goal.  I got into personal training because I love people and I love fitness!  I know God put me here to touch others and I feel I am absolutely doing what I should as a trainer.  Also my dad was a competitive powerlifter and competitive marathon runner so it was around me always growing up.


I believe in creating a program that is realistic, easy to understand and above all a lifestyle change that lasts forever.  Proper form and doing the exercise correct is extremely important to me.  I also believe that a healthy lifestyle boils down to your nutrition and how you’re fueling your body.
